Missing postage or shipping on a shipment
If a letter or parcel has too little postage/freight, the sender must pay the missing amount and an additional fee. If we do not know the sender, it is the recipient who must pay.
When you send a letter or parcel, it is important that you have paid the right price. It is the sender who is responsible for the shipment having the correct postage.
To find the correct postage, see the price list.
Missing postage on letters
If a shipment is missing or has too little postage, the sender must pay the missing postage and an additional fee. If we do not know the sender, it is the recipient who must pay; missing postage plus NOK 62 for an invoice and NOK 13 per letter.

You will find login details on the received invoice.
Missing shipping on parcels
The sender is responsible for ensuring that the shipment has the correct shipping. If a Norgespakke™ has too little paid shipping, the sender must pay the missing shipping and an additional fee. And shipments exceeding the maximum dimensions (one of the sides is larger than the maximum dimensions for a Norgespakke™ large) also receive a format supplement for handling.
If you have received a message via SMS or e-mail about underpaid shipping, log in via the link in the message to pay the claim.
