- You must have downloaded the Posten app on your mobile
- There is no extra cost to send from a parcel locker
- You can send the parcel around the clock

This is how you do it:
You need the Posten app to order delivery and to open a hatch in the parcel locker
- Select Norgespakke™ small or Norgespakke™ large and follow the steps for purchasing shipping
- Select "Deliver yourself", then select "Pakkeboks"
- Complete the purchase
- You do not need to reserve a hatch immediately after purchase, you can do this up to 2 hours before you send the parcel
- The reservation lasts for 2 hours, and you can reserve again if the time runs out. You then go back into the app and reserve a new slot
- Your parcel will be picked up the next working day at the latest
