Writing a send code on a parcel

This is how you do it:

You need the Posten app to order delivery and to open a hatch in the parcel locker

  • Select Norgespakke™ small or Norgespakke™ large and follow the steps for purchasing shipping
  • Select "Deliver yourself", then select "Pakkeboks"
  • Complete the purchase
  • You do not need to reserve a hatch immediately after purchase, you can do this up to 2 hours before you send the parcel
  • The reservation lasts for 2 hours, and you can reserve again if the time runs out. You then go back into the app and reserve a new slot
  • Your parcel will be picked up the next working day at the latest

Q & A about sending from a parcel locker

  • You must have the app to order the shipment and to hold a hatch in the parcel locker.

    • You must then deliver the parcel to Posten.
  • Posten is responsible for the shipment once you have placed it in the parcel locker and closed the hatch.
