You will be given the option to add tracking during the online order for the countries concerned.
- The thickness of the letter must be a minimum of 2 cm and a maximum of 7 cm
- Minimum measurements: width 9 cm, length 14 cm and 2 cm thickness
- Maximum dimensions: width 25 cm, length 35.3 cm and 7 cm thickness
- Maximum weight: 2 kg
You must deliver the letter to Posten over the counter and not in a red mailbox.
There is no compensation associated with this service.

Sending letters abroad
Fill in the address and what the letter contains, tick the box for tracking, print it out and take it to Posten. Ask for a plastic pocket for the papers and attach this to the parcel.
