Information about processing personal data – Norgespakke™ large

This document describes how Posten Bring AS (hereinafter «we») processes your personal information when ordering the Norgespakke™ large.

In addition to this privacy statement applies the Posten Bring AS' General Privacy statement. There you can read more about, among other things, your rights, and how you can get in touch with us to exercise your rights, if you have questions or want to complain about our processing of your personal data.

The party responsible for processing personal data is Posten Bring AS, organization number 984 661 185, Biskop Gunnerus' gate 14 A, 0185 Oslo.

1. What personal data we process and for what purposes

When ordering the Norgespakke™ large online, you must state the sender's and recipient's name and address. This information will be on the address label. We use the recipient's name and address to deliver Norgespakke™ large. The sender's name and address are used if the shipment must be returned.

When ordering, you must also provide your e-mail address. The e-mail address is used to send you a receipt when the order has been completed.

You can also choose whether you want to fill in your telephone number to have the address fields filled in automatically. It is voluntary to use. We do not store the phone number.
 
If you provide the recipient's telephone number when ordering, we can notify the recipient electronically that the consignment has arrived at the place of delivery. If no telephone number is given, the notification of the package is sent by post.

The payment information that is registered is used to charge for the service.

Our processing basis for processing the stated personal information is to fulfill our agreement with you.

2. Storage time

Personal information and transmission data are deleted when the agreement has been terminated and all obligations arising from the contractual relationship have been fulfilled.
