Information about processing personal data – Norgespakke™ small

1. What personal data we process and for what purposes
When ordering the Norgespakke™ small online, you must state the sender's and recipient's name and address. This information will be on the address label that is placed on the shipment before it reaches the recipient. We use the recipient's name and address to deliver Norgespakke™ small. The sender's name and address are used if the shipment must be returned.
When ordering, you must also provide your e-mail address and telephone number. The e-mail address is used to send you a receipt when the order has been completed. We use your telephone number to notify you of the shipment from the time it is handed in until it has been handed over to the recipient. The phone number can help you to automatically fill in the address fields.
You must state the recipient's telephone number when ordering so that we can notify the recipient electronically that the shipment has arrived at the delivery location. We also send a notification to the recipient that a shipment is on its way from you via push notification in the app, SMS or e-mail. The purpose is that the recipient can choose the place of delivery when the shipment is en route.
The payment information that is registered is used to charge for the service.
Our processing basis for processing the stated personal information is to fulfill our agreement with you.
2. Storage time
Personal information and transmission data are deleted when the agreement has been terminated and all obligations arising from the contractual relationship have been fulfilled.
