Information about the processing of personal data – send from your own mailbox

This document describes how Posten Bring AS (hereinafter «we») processes your personal information when ordering. Send from your own mailbox.

There you can read more about, among other things, your rights, and how you can get in touch with us to exercise your rights, if you have questions or want to complain about our processing of your personal data.

1. What personal information we process and for what purposes

When purchasing, you must create a user with us, if you have not created this before. To create a user, you must provide your name, mobile phone number and e-mail address.

In order to retrieve shipments from your mailbox, we must have your name and address. We use the telephone number to notify you that the shipment has been picked up from the mailbox. This may, for example, be on return if the sender has not been listed on the shipment, or if the shipment has too little postage.

We use the name to register who has made the order and e-mail is used to send a receipt for the purchase and your digital stamps. We use your telephone number if we need to contact you in connection with the shipment. This may, for example, be on return if the sender has not been written on the shipment, or if the shipment has too little postage. Otherwise, the information is used only to the extent necessary to fulfill the agreement.

Information you register when paying, are we using to charge for this service.

Our processing basis for processing this personal data is to fulfill the agreement with you.

2. Storage time

Personal information and transmission data are deleted when the agreement has been terminated and all obligations arising from the contractual relationship have been fulfilled.
